Second Rejection
...which was something of a nice surprise, because I had assumed the agent wouldn't bother to reply at all - it being nearly four months since I sent the manuscript.
Again, not a bad rejection, although I suspect it's a form note.

Based on personal experience and general points I've picked up etc, due to the extensive slush piles agents, producers, publishers et al have four months is pretty much a standard time to wait for a response. I usually give up after about 6 months.
